Cheesy Stuffed Shells
Mondays tend to be a day where very little cooking goes on. I am always wiped out (even in the summer). Thank goodness for frozen cheesy stuffed shells! They make such a quick, easy, and delicious meal!
1 bag of frozen cheese stuffed shells
1 jar of marinara sauces
homemade cream sauce
place entire bag of shells into a shallow casserole dish
pour 1 jar of marinara sauce over shells
create homemade cream sauce (flour, butter, milk, and parmesan)
pour cream sauce over shells
top with parmesan
cook on 400 for 45 minutes
Obviously, this goes very well with a nice red wine.
